About this Journal

The Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce (FMSC), University of Sri Jayewardenepura (USJ), Sri Lanka publishes Vidyodaya Journal of Management (VJM) which is a double blind peer reviewed journal. VJM disseminates and shares new knowledge among academics, professionals and other pertinent parties by publishing high quality research papers in the areas of business, management and relevant multidisciplinary studies. VJM was first published in July 2015 and will be published annually. FMSC is the pioneers in management education in the Sri Lankan university system and it has an eminent history of more than 50 years. The Faculty’s research involvements are a strong indication of innovation and intellectual challenge that demonstrates its leadership in management education in Sri Lanka and in the region of South Asia.
