The Rivers State University Journal of Education (RSUJOE) formerly known as The Journal of Technical and Science Education (JOTASE) publishes twice a year - May (Issue 1) and November (Issue 2). The Journal accepts well researched academic articles of theoretical and empirical nature (qualitative and quantitative studies) on Education and related disciplines. Articles sent for publication pass through two stages of review. First, the Editor does an initial review of the article to ascertain the relevance of the paper to areas of interest of the journal and to ensure that the paper has some potentials of useful contribution to knowledge in the field of educational research. Papers that pass this initial review stage are then sent for peer review by experts in the area of focus of the paper.
