Journal of Umm Al-Qura University for Medical Science (JUQUMS) published and distributed by Umm Al-Qura University. JUQUMS is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year and includes articles covering all areas of medical science research. The journal allows free access (Open Access) to its contents and permits authors to self-archive the final accepted version of the articles on any Open Archives Initiative (OAI) compliant institutional/subject-based repository. The target readers of the Journal include all medical and health professionals in the health cluster, such as in medicine, applied medical sciences, dentistry, nursing, clinical nutrition, pharmacology, public health, etc.
