About this Journal

Kindler is the scholarly peer-reviewed Journal of Army Institute of Management Kolkata. It began its journey in 2003 to facilitate academicians, management thinkers, experts, professionals, practitioners, researchers and students to share their knowledge and experience. The aim of the journal is to disseminate information about theory, practice and research in the field of management and allied disciplines.
The Journal aims to advance management research by publishing empirically and theoretically grounded articles. Contributions with a rigorous analysis of economic, social, political, sustainability and other factors relevant to management theory, practice or policy are well received. Consistent with the journal policy, the journal invites articles on cross-functional research that provides new evidence and solutions to contemporary challenges faced by management practitioners, firms, societies, policymakers, academicians and others.
