About this Journal

Recep Tayyip ErdoÄŸan University Journal of Science and Engineering is a peer-reviewed academic journal, which publishes articles in the fields of Science and Engineering, covering all the subfields of the subject areas. The journal publishes two issues (June and December) per year (biannual), in both print form and electronically. Manuscripts written in Turkish and/or English, which are the two languages of the journal, are accepted for publication, and articles written by researchers from all over the world are welcome. No submission fees or charges of any kind are required in the process of publication in the journal. Manuscripts submitted for publication are evaluated by the editor, the editorial board and the referees (the referees remaining anonymous).


The manuscripts submitted to our journal are required to be original, which have not been published elsewhere (journal, book, symposium, conference, etc.), nor under review elsewhere. After manuscripts are submitted to the journal, they go through an initial check by the editors within 10 days, consisting of preliminary checks and iThenticate Similarity Check. The detected similarity percentage cannot exceed 30%. Manuscripts that ensure adherence to the technical requirements go through the peer-review process. Upon completion of the review process, the manuscripts that are accepted for publication are compiled into an issue of the journal and prepared for printing.
